• Items drop in price after 20 days of being on the sales floor
• Consignors are not contacted each time an item sells, consignors may call or check their account at any time. We recommend giving your items at least 2 weeks before checking.
• You receive 40 percent of selling price.
• Consignment will be donated to a local non-profit charity after 45 days.

• Items must be “like new” and no more than two years of age. We do not sell vintage.
• Items must arrive on hangers, clothing presented in garbage bags will be automatically returned to you.
• If items are accepted they are changed to our store hangers and yours are returned back to you. We do not keep your hangers.
• Footwear should be in one grocery bag, add your name and email address/phone number to a piece of paper and place inside the bag. Please no shoe boxes or rubbermaid containers.
• Jewellery should be in a clear ziplock bag with your name and phone number written on a piece of paper and place inside the ziplock bag.
• We recommend a limit of 20 items per drop off day to keep the load manageable.
• We only accept consignment in its proper season so no tank tops in December and no winter coats in July.

A consignor account will be considered inactive if:

• No new inventory has been consigned within a 24 month time period.
• An account balance remains untouched or has not been used toward a purchase within 24 months.
• Account balances must be claimed within 24 months of the last activity on the account, after 24 months the account will be considered inactive and closed.

• Items are priced at one third of the retail value $40 = $15
• Occasionally prices depend on the value, the age of the item and the demand for it. What you paid originally does not always have an effect on the pricing of the item. Items in high demand such as Lululemon in mint condition may be priced closer to 50% of retail.
• Most merchandise goes down in price after 2 weeks of being on the sales floor. Jewellery excluded.
• On the 16th day, the selling price is reduced by 20%
• If the item is still on the sales floor on the 31st day it will be reduced by 40%

• We do not accept bridal, formalwear, costumes, menswear or childrens wear.
• Items that are stained, ripped, aged or damaged in any way. Check buttons, zippers, pockets, purse edges…
• Items that are no longer in style, this may change from year to year. 
• Items that come from a smoking household, have a strong chemical scent or have been stored in a cedar chest or have a musty, basement smell.
